Sofia Vergara’s legal team are allegedly battling to stop “personal” photos of the buxom actress emerging, as they’ve reportedly been put up for sale after being allegedly stolen from her fiancé Nick Loeb’s phone.

The saucy pictures are not of the actress naked, but according to the New York Daily News, were either hacked or stolen from Loeb’s phone before the couple got engaged in July this year.

Sources have reportedly told the newspaper that the images of Sofia are being touted for sale by a mystery seller from Florida.

“The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing,” a source said. “But her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public.”

According to the source Sofia “looks fantastic” in the images, but it is not known how the photos were taken from Loeb’s BlackBerry.

Although, an insider has told the newspaper that the businessman has reportedly been telling people that he did lose his phone.

“Sofia’s legal and management team have been aggressive about taking them off the market,” a source said.

We’ve reached out to Sofia for a comment.
